In July 2019, Cain entered a partnership with Trinity Stuart Development LLC to develop the Raffles Boston Back Bay Hotel and Residences.
The 35-storey, $800 million+ LEED Gold building offers an unprecedented residential and hotel experience in the heart of the Back Bay, featuring 146 branded residences, 147 guestrooms, and 16 distinct gathering spaces including a spa and fitness centre, a three-story sky lobby, and a 19th floor ballroom with views of the city.
Also included are six public F&B outlets: a patisserie, an all-day restaurant, a fine-dining restaurant, a speakeasy, a sky terrace lounge, and the signature Raffles Long Bar. Residents benefit from exclusive use of common spaces on the 21st floor including: The Secret Garden, The Residents’ Library, The Emerald Terrace, Residents’ Private Dining Room, Nantucket Cottage Tasting Kitchen and Wine Lounge, and The Sports Lounge.
