David Williams

Head of European Fund Accounting

David joined Cain International in 2022 as Financial Controller. He is responsible for the financial set up and operation of new project structures developing student housing and logistics portfolios.

Before joining Cain International, David worked for Resolution Property as a Financial Controller, where he was responsible for acquisitions and fund accounting. Prior to Resolution Property David worked in similar roles for a number of real estate businesses including Axa and Henderson Global.

David is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. David holds a first class Batchelor of Science degree in electronics, with honours from the University of Salford.
