Marcelo Renzi
Vice President of Design & Construction
Marcelo joined Cain’s Real Estate Equity team in 2023 and is responsible for managing several construction projects across Cain’s U.S. real estate portfolio.
Before joining Cain, Marcelo was a president at OutsideWRX, responsible for construction projects, cost management and financials. Prior to OutsideWRX, Marcelo worked for RXR as senior vice president construction & design where he was responsible for financial oversight of accounting, budgeting, business development, and management of a large team.
Marcelo holds a degree in architecture from Pratt Institute. He also works with Kids for Kids and takes part in the annual Ride Alleghany, that raises approximately $600,000 per year for military veterans.
