Priyanka Upadhyay

Financial Planning and Valuations Manager

Priyanka Upadhyay joined Cain International in 2021 as a financial planning and valuations manager.

Before joining Cain, Priyanka worked for PwC as an audit associate where she focused on start-up and enterprise businesses in the technology sector. Prior to that she worked for SVB Financial Group as a senior associate where she managed valuation and reporting of nonmarketable securities.

Priyanka holds a Bachelor of Science in management science from the University of California, San Diego.
