In 2017 Cain International provided a development loan to the Canary Wharf Group for the construction of a 27-storey high quality prime office tower across 715,000 sq. ft. in Canary Wharf.

The asset was 40% pre-leased to Société Générale on a 25-year lease, with the remaining space subsequently let to the EBRD prior to completion of the development.

The loan was repaid in 2019.
