In September 2021, Cain International, via its Fortwell strategy, provided a £46M loan to ColeWaterhouse for the development of a 290-unit build-to-rent scheme in Manchester.
Anchorage Gateway has over 6,000 sq. ft. of private residential amenity over 29-storeys; including co-working spaces, a screening room, a landscaped podium garden, roof terrace, a private dining suite and fitness studio. In addition, there will be a conveniently located Co-op Food Store at the ground floor.
