In November 2020, Cain International agreed an £80M loan with Vita Group to finance the development of a 780-unit student accommodation project near the University of Warwick.
The 169,391 sq. ft. Vita Student development completed in November 2022 and is now in operation at full occupancy.
The development is located just a five-minute walk from the University of Warwick, which at the time of the loan was ranked in the top 10 U.K. universities and the top 100 globally. The university had more than 21,000 full-time students and 9,000 international students.
The project also benefits from high specification amenity space and close proximity to Cannon Park Shopping Centre and easy access to Coventry city centre via public transport.
