In March 2018, Cain partnered with White Star Real Estate to develop Fabryka PZO, a 293,220 sq. ft. (27,241 sq. m.) mixed-use project in Warsaw’s Praga district on the site of the well-known former Polskie Zakłady Optyki factory.
Fabryka PZO encompasses two office buildings totalling 214,116 sq. ft. (19,892 sq. m.) of office space and 120 apartments totalling 79,104 sq. ft. (7,349 sq. m.). One office building is fully let to a government tenant and all the apartments have been sold with residents moving in by September 2021. Tenants and residents also benefit from a fitness studio as well as retail and restaurant offerings.
