In 2014 Cain International entered a joint venture with Galliard Homes, one of London’s largest privately-owned residential developers, to develop a residential portfolio encompassing 6,100 residential units across 20 sites in London.

One of the largest projects within the portfolio is Millharbour, a mixed-use scheme comprising residential, social housing and commercial space which completed in 2020.
