In 2014 Cain International (then Cain Hoy Enterprises) agreed to provide £125M development financing to Delancey for its Here East project in Stratford, East London.
Here East is now an innovation and technology campus situated in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in Hackney, East London on the site of the former Olympic Media Centre. The site was 47% pre-leased to four tenants: Loughborough University, Infinity Data Centres, BT Sports and Hackney Community Council.
The loan was repaid in 2017.
