In June 2019, Cain International provided a £385M whole-loan facility to Henderson Park and Greystar Real Estate Partners.

The loan supported the acquisition and development of the site of the former Royal Mail depot into an 894-unit build-to-rent residential project in the Battersea Nine Elms regeneration area. The project will consist of 641,100 sq. ft. residential space across two buildings, providing a mix of studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments as well as 23,286 sq. ft. of retail space.
