In 2015 Cain International (then Cain Hoy Enterprises), provided a €80M loan to Capital & Provident for the development of 53 apartments over 67,350 sq. ft. in Courchevel for the Six Senses Residences and Spa & Concierge as well as the purchase of a 19-acre site in London’s Docklands.
The loan was repaid in 2018.
