In 2014 Cain International (then Cain Hoy Enterprises) funded two residential opportunities:

Park Crescent – a £26M ($42M) mezzanine loan to Amazon Property for the development of 23 residential apartments across 4 properties.

Robert Street – a £12M ($19M) to PPR Estates to bridge the planning phase of an office to residential conversion of 10 apartments and one self-contained townhouse.

The loans for each of these opportunities were repaid between 2015 and 2016.
