In December 2023, Cain provided a $47M loan to Sumaida + Khurana and Bizzi + Bilgili for a 5-storey, 60,202 sq. ft. Class-A boutique office in Miami Beach.
Designed by renowned architect Alberto Campo Baeza, The Fifth will be Baeza’s first Miami project and first commercial building in the United States. It is also the first office development to be built in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighbourhood in over a decade.
