In May 2019, Cain International provided a £56M development loan to Elysian Residences to part finance the development and initial operation of a 101-unit, seven storey senior living residential scheme in Stanmore, London.
The scheme is operated by Elysian Residences in partnership with One Eighty International, one of the largest global operators of Retirement Living schemes with over 6,500 units under management across the U.S., Canada, Mexico and India.
The loan was repaid in 2021.
