In November 2020, Cain International agreed an £80 million loan with Vita Group to finance the development of a 780-unit student accommodation project with high-specification amenity space close to the University of Warwick in Coventry.

The 169,000 sq ft Vita Student development is expected to be ready for occupation in the 2022-2023 academic year.

The development is located just a five-minute walk from the University of Warwick, which is ranked in the top 10 UK universities and the top 100 globally. The university has more than 21,000 full-time students and 9,000 international students. The project will benefit from close proximity to Cannon Park Shopping Centre and easy access to Coventry city centre via public transport.
