Cain International is seeking a Head of Marketing, One Beverly Hills to join the team in Los Angeles.

This newly created role offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in defining the identity of One Beverly Hills, a 17.5 acre urban development being delivered by Cain International. The candidate will lead all marketing, PR, media, and community-focused communications activity across residential sales, retail and hospitality partnerships, civic outreach, and cultural programming. Working closely with senior leaders from Cain and its partnership network. The candidate will lead a strategic media and stakeholder matrix to ensure consistent, high-impact marketing and communications throughout the project’s pre-opening phase and beyond. The candidate will also support evolution of other Cain Development projects.

Responsibilities

  •  Developing compelling narratives and content that reflect the vision, values, and global ambition of the project.
  • Leading creative output across digital, print, and experiential channels, ensuring consistent brand expression.
  • Managing media and agency relationships to drive meaningful coverage across luxury, lifestyle, real estate, and cultural verticals.
  • Collaborating with partners across residential, retail, and hospitality to support sales, leasing, and brand engagement.
  • Guiding communications with civic and community stakeholders, ensuring the project remains connected and relevant at a local level.
  • Overseeing reputation management and supporting crisis response in close coordination with senior leadership.


Qualifications

  • 15+ years in marketing & communications, with a focus on luxury, lifestyle, destination, or large-scale real estate developments.
  • Extensive social and cultural knowledge and deep relationship within the City of Beverly Hills, greater Los Angeles and California market.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong relationships with global and local media in real estate, luxury, design, travel, and culture.
  • Experience working with UHNW audiences, senior executives, and multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Track record of placing high-impact stories and managing complex narratives
  • Extensive background within in-house PR leadership for luxury brands and agency is required. Experience in real estate development and civic institutions is preferred.
