London, 19 September 2023: Cain International (‘Cain’), the privately held investment firm, has secured Sahara AV as the first occupier for its last mile logistics hub, Blueprint Erith, London.
The letting is for the largest of four units at the south-east London scheme, which Cain acquired in 2022 from Firethorn as part of its wider logistics platform strategy. As part of the acquisition, Firethorn is acting as the asset and development manager for Blueprint Erith.
Sahara AV, which is part of the Boxlight Corporation, specialises in distributing cutting edge AV solutions and software to the education, health, public and corporate sectors, and has signed a 15-year lease on the unit, spanning 31,790 sq. ft.
Situated within the Erith / Belvedere Industrial Zone, the site provides access to the M25 and South Circular Road in under 15 minutes. In addition to its modern specification, the warehouse and Grade A mezzanine office spaces are fitted with sustainable design features and modern welfare facilities, with a net-zero carbon construction and BREEAM ‘Very Good’ rating.
