Suzanne joined Cain International’s finance team at the end of June. Sue will be working with both finance and legal and be responsible for Companies House compliance, KYC, board meeting administration, managing the document management system, maintaining the various company Articles of Association and statutory registers and new entity formations.
Before joining Cain International, Sue worked in finance and company secretarial roles for numerous multinationals and SMEs across the technology, financial services, property, education and professional services sectors in Australia, and is both a chartered Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant.
Sue holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The Australian National University.
