Alex Bertman
Vice President of Development – Delano Miami
Alex joined Cain’s Real Estate Equity team in 2022. He is currently overseeing the redevelopment of the Delano Hotel in Miami Beach, Fla.
Before joining Cain, Alex worked for CTF Development as director of design and construction where he was responsible for overseeing the development and openings of Baha Mar, Beverly Wilshire Four Seasons, Rosewood DC, and Rosewood Calistoga. Prior to CTF Development, Alex worked for Standard International and Andre Balazs Properties as a senior project manager, where he was responsible for overseeing the openings of Standard East Village and Standard London.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute.
