Alvin Chen
Vice President of Design
Alvin Chen joined Cain Development in 2023. He is focused on executing the design and supporting the development of the One Beverly Hills project.
Before joining Cain, Alvin worked for Gensler as a senior project architect and technical director, where he was responsible for leading the design team to realize large complex mixed-use projects that meet the goals of the clients and the local communities.
Alvin is a registered architect in the State of California and a member of the American Institute of Architects. Alvin holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California Polytechnic State University Pomona.
