Chern joined Cain in 2022 to support the analysis of investment opportunities in the private equity team. Chern also works on the asset management of the existing portfolio, which is predominantly in the lifestyle, leisure, and hospitality sectors.
Before joining Cain, Chern worked for PwC, where she was a manager in the financial modelling and data analytics teams within the Transaction Services group. During this time, she worked with large businesses and private equity clients across a range of industries, providing insightful analysis and financial modelling expertise during various stages of the deals cycle. Prior to that, she was a senior associate in the Real Estate Deals Tax team, where she completed the ACA qualification. Chern received a Bachelor of Arts in accounting and finance from Newcastle University.
