Frank brings over thirty years of deep expertise in architecture, construction, and real estate development to Cain’s growing portfolio. He has overseen the planning, entitlement, and development of more than 3 million square feet of mixed-use, residential, office, and retail projects, consistently delivering transformative, high-impact developments across complex urban markets.
Before joining Cain, Frank served as President of the Nevada Region for Howard Hughes Holdings, where he oversaw the 22,500-acre master planned community of Summerlin and created five- and ten-year development plans for the remaining 5,000 acres of undeveloped land. He also played a key role in expanding The Clarett Group’s West Coast presence, delivering over 1.2 million square feet of mixed-use development in Los Angeles. Projects on both coasts include Eastown and El Centro – two of the highest density residential developments on Hollywood Blvd., and 9735 Washington Boulevard, a mixed-use development that helped spur the redevelopment of downtown Culver City, CA, and the 42nd Street Theatre Row Project – a mixed-use project that included 264 residential units and 6 Off-Broadway theatres in NYC.
Frank is a member of the Urban Land Institute and has served on the Executive Committee of the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce and the Hollywood Business Improvement District. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development and Investment from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Columbia University.
