Before joining Cain, Georgia worked as an asset manager at abrdn, where she was responsible for sites across the Airport Industrial Property Unit Trust’s £1 billion portfolio of prime industrial assets in and around major airports, transport and logistics hubs in London and the South East. She was also responsible for a discretionary portfolio of industrial, retail and leisure assets in England and Scotland. Georgia supported the business in its sustainability objectives as the Energy Performance Certificate lead for the UK Real Assets Team.
Georgia is a chartered member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. She holds a Master of Philosophy in real estate finance and Bachelor of Arts in history, both from Pembroke College, University of Cambridge.
As chair of the Board of Trustees of The Oli Hilsdon Foundation, Georgia has overseen £1.5 million in fundraising, which has been invested into brain cancer research.
