Graham Keable
Managing Director
Graham joined Cain International in 2018 and is a principal in the firm’s Real Estate Debt team. Graham is involved in every aspect of the investment process and is integral to sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and closing transactions across the UK and Europe. He has over 18 years of experience in real estate finance, debt investment and banking.
Before joining Cain International, Graham was a director on Barclay Bank’s Specialist Real Estate team. Prior to his appointment to the Specialist Real Estate team, he served as a director in the Structured Property Finance team, a director within the Business Support & Recoveries team, and an associate director within the PFI & Structured Project Finance team.
Graham is an associate member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments and completed London Business School’s Corporate Finance Learning Programme.
