Hugh joined Cain’s Real Estate Debt team in 2023. His responsibilities include supporting the firm’s U.S. platform, focusing on origination, execution, and management of debt transactions.
Before joining Cain, Hugh worked for Safehold as an analyst, where he was responsible for growing the firm’s ground lease investment portfolio across major metro areas in the East Coast, Midwest, and Texas markets.
Hugh holds a Bachelor of Arts in economics and East Asian studies from Brown University.
