Huw joined Cain in 2022 to source, underwrite and execute credit transactions, alongside managing the firm's existing credit portfolio.
Before joining Cain, Huw worked for Maslow Capital as an associate, where he was responsible for performing diligence on new development finance transactions, as well as maintaining its existing loan book. Prior to Maslow Capital, Huw worked for Brickvest as an equity analyst, and was responsible for managing the firm's value-add and development strategies across North America and Europe.
Huw holds a Bachelor of Science in real estate investment and finance from the University of Reading.
