James joined Cain International in 2020 and focuses on the sourcing, underwriting and executing of debt transactions alongside the monitoring of existing debt investments.
Before joining Cain International, James spent two years at JLL as a graduate surveyor, he was responsible for the valuation of affordable housing portfolios for the purpose of loan security, bond issuance and accounting.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in real estate from the University of Reading.
