James joined Cain in 2020 and focuses on the sourcing, underwriting and executing of credit transactions alongside the monitoring of existing credit investments.
Before joining Cain, James spent two years at JLL as a graduate surveyor, he was responsible for the valuation of affordable housing portfolios for the purpose of loan security, bond issuance and accounting.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in real estate from the University of Reading.
