Jessie Glassmire

Financial Planning & Analysis Manager

Jessie joined Cain’s Finance team in 2023. She is responsible for valuations of Cain’s portfolio investments, performance analysis, and management reporting.

Before joining Cain, Jessie worked for Placemakr as director of fp&a and investor relations, where she was responsible for company financial analysis, forecasts, and strategy and partnered with senior leadership in venture capital and debt raises. Prior to Placemakr, Jessie worked for Pebblebrook Hotel Trust as director of asset management, where she was responsible for portfolio-wide initiatives for upscale boutique hotel properties. Prior to Pebblebrook, Jessie worked for LaSalle Hotel Properties as senior analyst, finance and asset management.

Jessie holds a Bachelor of Science in hotel management from The Pennsylvania State University. She is involved with She Has a Deal, an education and investment community that creates pathways to hotel ownership for women.
