Chief Finance Officer - U.S.
Julie joined Cain International in 2022 as a chief finance officer. She leads the finance and accounting activities for the firm’s U.S. based investments and related structures and portfolios.
Before joining Cain International, Julie was a managing director within J.P. Morgan’s Asset & Wealth Management business leading the finance and accounting function for the Real Estate America’s investment platform. She was responsible for the delivery of investment and operational activities for a dynamic portfolio of real estate investments offered to investors in a variety of structures and formats. Prior to her tenure at J.P. Morgan, Julie began her career as a consultant for KPMG for 3 years.
Julie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland.
