Larry leads Cain’s development and operations of One Beverly Hills, a 17.5-acre mixed-use urban resort in Los Angeles that includes the iconic Beverly Hilton, the Waldorf Astoria, and an Aman Hotel, Residences & Club.

Before joining Cain, Larry served as executive vice president of US development at Westfield (Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield), where he played a key role in expanding their portfolio from a few properties to one of the most valuable real estate portfolios in the world. He played a critical role in the transformation of the company’s award-winning properties including Westfield Century City, Topanga, Culver City, UTC, Roseville, San Francisco Center, & Valley Fair.

Larry is a graduate of the University of Southern California and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (‘ICSC’) and the Urban Land Institute (‘ULI’). He has been an active participant in a variety of charitable organizations and LA public schools. Today he serves on the Board of Directors of LA Sports & Entertainment Commission, Beverly Hills Rotary Club, Malibu Jewish Center & Synagogue, and the US Maccabiah Games.
