Lauren joined the team developing the One Beverly Hills project in the Spring of 2021 and in April 2022, became part of the Cain development executive team in charge of the delivery of the project.
Before joining Cain, Lauren served as the co-head of the occupier services group at Lincoln Property Company in Los Angeles. Previously she was managing director of development at the Georgetown Company where she oversaw the firm’s real estate projects from concept to completion. Prior to that, Lauren worked for Barry Diller as in-house head of real estate development focused on IAC’s central headquarters in the Chelsea district of Manhattan and the first-ever Frank Gehry project in New York City.
Lauren also has deep international expertise, having previously served as the Global Head of Workplace Operations at Bloomberg LP where she managed an operations team of 190 employees.
Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree with Honors in applied arts in interior design from Ryerson University in Toronto as well as a Master of Science in real estate from Columbia University in New York.
