Michael joined Cain’s Real Estate Credit team in 2024 and is responsible for supporting asset management efforts across the U.S. real estate credit portfolio.
Before joining Cain, Michael worked for Kimco Realty as an analyst on the risk team, where he focused on underwriting acquisitions and structured investment products. Prior to Kimco Realty, Michael worked for RPT Realty as an analyst on the corporate finance team, where he focused on investment strategy and capital markets advisory.
Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in finance with a concentration in applied mathematics from Seton Hall University.
