Nicole Valmar
Senior Vice President
Nicole joined Cain International in 2016 where she specialised in real estate equity investments. She was responsible for sourcing, underwriting and executing transactions, as well as securing financing for projects across the firm’s European real estate portfolio. In 2024 Nicole joined the real estate debt team at Cain where she brings her experience and expertise to her new role.
Before joining Cain, Nicole worked at Aprirose, where she focused on UK income, value-add and development opportunities. Prior to that, Nicole worked in Canada where she held positions with Triovest Realty Advisors and Colliers International, underwriting over C$2BN of real estate investment opportunities across retail, office and industrial on behalf of Canadian pension funds.
Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in honours business administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business and a postgraduate certificate in real property valuation from the University of British Columbia. She is fluent in Spanish and Romanian.
