Olivia Plansker
Analyst
Olivia joined Cain’s U.S. Real Estate Equity team in 2023. She focuses on the development and management of Cain’s U.S. real estate assets, while additionally providing support to the private equity acquisition team.
Before joining Cain, Olivia worked for Federal Capital Partners as an analyst, where she was responsible for the asset management of multifamily value-add assets in the southeast U.S.
Olivia holds a Master of Science in commerce with a concentration in finance from the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Virginia.
