Rachel joined Cain in 2023 to support the firm’s U.S. Real Estate Equity strategy in South Florida, focusing on the development and asset management of the team’s portfolio.
Before joining Cain, Rachel worked for Eastdil Secured as a senior analyst, where she was responsible for analytics on investment sales and financings spanning all asset classes in the southeast of America.
Rachel received a Masters in Finance from Vanderbilt University in 2021 and a Bachelors of Arts in economics from the University of Florida in 2019.
