Raj joined Cain’s European Real Estate team in 2021 and is involved in the production of financial modelling and investment analysis of investment opportunities across Europe.
Before joining Cain, Raj worked for Claremont as a real estate analyst. Prior to that, he worked for OakNorth Bank as a debt finance analyst and at Mantra Capital as a lending analyst. In these roles, he was responsible for assisting in the underwriting of real estate loan facilities across the office, hotel and residential sectors.
Raj holds a Master of Science in real estate investment from Cass Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in politics from Durham University.
