Roger Leow
Head of Finance – Debt
Roger joined Cain International in 2022 to manage all financial aspects of the real estate debt lending business, and the processes and operations of the securitisation structures.
Before joining Cain International, Roger worked for HPS Investment Partners as the international controller, where he was responsible for the international finance and tax functions of the firm and reporting of the collateralised loan obligation and securitisation vehicles. Prior to HPS, Roger worked for Blackstone as a finance director of its greenfield water infrastructure platform, where he established the finance and operations infrastructure, and as a vice president in the international finance team.
Roger holds a Bachelor of Accountancy degree (First Class Honours) from Nanyang Technological University. He is a Fellow Chartered Accountant of Singapore and CFA Charterholder.
