Sam joined Cain International in 2019. He provides support to the US and UK teams on all legal matters related to real estate equity, debt and private equity transactions.
Before joining Cain International, Sam was associate general counsel of Express Trade Capital, an international trade finance firm. Prior to that, Sam was a federal law clerk for the United States Court of International Trade, as well as an executive at UJA-Federation of New York.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Arts in Middle Eastern studies from the University of Chicago, and a Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law.
